An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Managing Partner of the firm. Eliud handles the day-to-day management. He is also the head of litigation, dispute resolution and the intellectual property arm of the firm. His experience in commercial litigation, conveyancing, and intellectual property matters spans to no less than 4 years.
Mr. Ngugi also has a wide experience in Commercial Law especially as a consultant in governance, drafting, mergers and acquisition.
